Jennifer Tilly's birth occurred on the streets of Los Angeles, California on September 16, 1958. The circumstances were extremely horrible. Her mother worked as a teacher and failed actor while her father sold cars. Jennifer was the youngest child from her extended family. She often accompanied her mother, who worked as a teacher at school and a theater teacher, to performances. She found her very remarkable. At the age of Jennifer was five years old she divorced her parents. Jennifer lived the majority of her early years living in British Columbia after her mom moved there along with her four siblings. Jennifer wasn't a very studious person however, she did have an artistic talent when she was a child. She was frequently the target of bullying as a result of her experiences in Canadian schools. As she entered high school, her enthusiasm for theatre began to fade. In an effort to counter her loss of interest, her mother encouraged her to be an extra in a variety of plays. Her mother encouraged her entire family to get involved in the art of making. Her immediate response was to take action.
